Navya Naveli Nanda and Samyak Chakrabarty launched the Smart Fellowship program to empower women. Prestigious speakers included Prajakta Koli, MasterChef Pooja Dhingra, Dr. Anurag Batra, Smita Vaish Agarwal, Dr. Pavan Mamidi, and Dr. Sharon Barnhardt.
The Nimaya Foundation, founded by Nanda and Chakrabarty, offers 100% scholarships to selected women for the Smart Fellowship – Workplace for Success program. In partnership with Ashoka University’s Centre for Social and Behavioral Change (CSBC), the mission is to empower women in emerging cities like Lucknow with leadership skills and community influence.
Participants will master essential soft and digital skills, preparing them to thrive alongside automation. This program benefits college students and entry-level professionals in fields like IT, finance, management, HR, hospitality, and media. The focus is on immersive learning experiences like workplace simulations and participative case studies.
