Life is just too noisy and cluttered already. Sometimes it seems like we’re always chasing after happiness but never catching it. But, in the midst of all the chaos, we long for simplicity—the little things that we often overlook in our busy lives.
So, what’s minimalism all about? A famous architect, Mies Van Der Rohe, put it as ‘less is more’ but it is also about clearing out the decluttering of physical spaces, which were filled with thoughts waiting to be emptied, and happiness is a positive and pleasant emotion, ranging from contentment to intense joy.
Happiness isn’t always about big events or accomplishments. It can also come from simple moments and unexpected joys that catch us off guard. Think about those times when you suddenly feel a burst of happiness, like when something amazing happens out of the blue and you can’t help but jump for joy.
But here’s the thing: smiles are within all the miles we walk, or is it just a coverup of their darkness they want left in the dark?? A happy person is the least materialistic and the most content person within themselves and with themselves. Comfort and basic luxury matter to one and all, but the materials do not. The count of materials does not give everyone the happiness everyone deserves, but those minutes saved to spend time with family or just sitting in silence with that one person do.
Remember the character from the movie “Queen”? Rani, who went on a journey with herself, leaving all the worldly pleasures behind, found herself and her happiness. So, if you’re feeling overwhelmed by the noise and clutter of life, maybe it’s time to take a step back and focus on the simple things. Who knows? You might just find the happiness you’ve been searching for all along.
