Bhuvan Bam and Zomato’s “Friendship Ki Band” Adds Fun to Friendship Day
Bhuvan Bam, content creator and actor, has partnered with food ordering platform Zomato for an in-app Friendship Day campaign. It will be called Friendship Ki Band. The campaign will be such that a fun twist shall be added to the Friendship Day celebrations.
The campaign would allow users to create light, fun videos for their friends about those quirks and traits that make their friendship special. The campaign smartly used the double entendre of the word band—the friendships ‘band’ that people exchange, and also the Hindi slang for “roasting”.
Create a Video That’s Yours: Users can enter a friend’s name to create a funny, inimitable video based on the choice of friend type. Every video styles Bhuvan Bam’s signature comic way of bringing light-hearted roasting based on the personality type one chooses.
Share and Celebrate: The video thus created can be easily shared with friends.
On the campaign, Bhuvan mentioned, “Friendship is all about celebrating the quirks and the bonds that we share with each other. With ‘Friendship Ki Band,’ we are having a blast in adding a fun twist to these very bonds by playfully roasting our friends in a way only friends can.
