India TV Restructures Sales Team to Boost Growth Across Platforms
India TV, on Wednesday, announced a key restructuring of its sales team in order to further align with its fast-expanding presence across television, connected TV, and streaming platforms. This comes against the backdrop of the roaring success of its CTV-first content on streaming devices and the frenetic engagement driven by the Speed News Channel.
India TV has redesigned the sales strategy for leading growth and efficacy across fast-growing channels and platforms. Furthermore, this will enable the network to offer customized advertising solutions as it continues to innovate and broaden its content base.

Under the leadership of Sudipto Chowdhuri, chief revenue officer, the sales team at India TV is being aligned into three important divisions with the aim to bring it in line with the increasing channels and platforms of the company. Mini Harrison, national head, is put in charge to lead India TV Television with more than 29 years of experience from News24 and Zee Media Corp. Her regional team consists of Manan Sheel Bhasin (North), with 20 years in television monetisation; Supreeth S Gondkar (South); Shyamotpal Chanda (East); and Arghya Roy Chowdhury, Ad Sales expert with two decades of media industry experience at Zee Media.
Avdhesh Kumar, who is a national head, will spearhead connected TV and streaming platforms, leveraging over 15 years of experience in stints with Inshorts, Star Jalsha, Channel V, and The Walt Disney Company. Under his leadership are Pratibha Mishra, Regional Head for North and East, who has spearheaded 14 years of leading revenue growth and strategic partnerships; and Shriram Devati, Regional Head for South and West, known for leading go-to-market strategy successfully for Sun Tamil Cluster Channels and Zee Talkies.
National Head-Sourav Dev oversees Speed News, with significant experience in Times Network and TV Today Network on the sales and marketing side. The Subhadip Bandopadhyay team represents North and East regions with 15 years in market development, while Sreyashi Banerjee has been representing South and West regions with 22 years of experience and attained high achievement in sales to generate revenue and tentpole sales.
The restructuring aims to ready India TV to lead across channels and platforms, enabling it to move fast on market dynamics and return more value to the advertisers.
