Neha Garg joined EXL as an expert in EMPLOYER BRANDING , COMMUNICATIONS She would handle communications: B2B and B2C communications, executive branding, industry partnerships, ESG, talent marketing, and people narratives at work.
Before joining EXL, Neha had gathered a few other experiences which built on her communications and branding skills. Her past experiences include:
Employer Branding Specialist in a reputed firm wherein she got a prime role in formulating and implementing a branding strategy. Communications Manager in a noted organization where she took care of both internal and external communications affairs. Lead roles for Talent Marketing and PR that entailed creation and execution of strategies that increase companies’ visibility and engagement.
Currently, Neha is working on a strategy to build the employer branding and communication of the firm with EXL. She would report to the senior management to align the branding strategy in tandem with the organizational objectives.
