An Inspiring Journey: Dr. Parul Agrawal and the Heart Behind Pratham Dental Care
Some journeys begin quietly, with two people sharing the same dream without even realising it. For Dr. Parul Agrawal and her husband, Dr. Pravesh Goyal, that dream slowly took shape back when they were BDS batchmates. What started as friendship grew into a partnership, and eventually, into a shared vision a dental practice where compassion and specialist expertise walked hand in hand. That vision became Pratham Dental Care, founded in 2018.
What pushed them to start their own clinic after perusing MDS in different braches in the year 2015 was a common gap they noticed in the industry: patients often struggled to find honest, specialist-driven dentistry. Many came with incomplete diagnosis or treatment experiences that left them confused or anxious. Dr. Parul wanted to create a place where transparency, accuracy, and warmth weren’t optional they were the foundation.
The early days weren’t glamorous. Balancing the responsibilities of being a mother, a specialist, and a founder meant long days and even longer nights. Building trust patient by patient takes time, but she believed that consistency and sincere communication would eventually speak louder than anything else and it did. Slowly, Pratham Dental Care became a name families could rely on.
Today, the clinic is known for its “advanced dentistry with a human heart” a phrase that perfectly captures Dr. Parul and Dr. Pravesh’s approach. Whether it’s a root canal, gum therapy, or long-term oral health planning, patients walk in knowing they will be treated with both precision and empathy.
As a female founder, she leads with gentleness and clarity. Her ability to blend scientific skill with emotional intelligence sets the tone for the entire practice.
With a second branch coming up near Ambuja Mall, she is stepping into a new chapter one built on courage, purpose, and unwavering commitment to patient care. Her journey is a reminder that when you build something with sincerity, it naturally finds its way into people’s lives.
