Shikha Dadha takes the helm as Founder, joined by seasoned industry veteran Reetesh Gade as Co-Founder and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). Shikha Dadha brings over a decade of entrepreneurial and technical expertise to Aurya Diamonds. A certified gemologist trained at IGI Mumbai and NIFT India, she was recently recognized as a “Rising Star of 2025” by Ladies Who Lead. Her 11-year career spans jewellery design, corporate strategy, and the successful co-founding of an electrical enterprise. Beyond business, Dadha is a dedicated advocate for inclusion, championing differently-abled athletes as the State President of the Karnataka State Para Boccia Association. Shikha’s journey transforms fearless creativity into luxury that is both deeply personal and profoundly purposeful.
