Mumbai, December 2, 2025: Laqshya Media Group (LMG), one of India’s most awarded marketing communications companies, has strengthened its newly launched content vertical, Laqshya StoryWorks, with two key appointments. Sanjay Nandan joins as Creative Head, while Dhruv Bhattacharya takes on the role of National Sales Head, steering revenue strategy and business growth.
Created to deliver original IPs and multi-platform branded stories for the digital era, Laqshya StoryWorks will produce fiction, non-fiction, and AI-enabled content for brands and platforms. Nandan and Bhattacharya will work alongside vertical lead Ravi Kudesia, bringing together creative leadership and commercial strategy under one division.
“The addition of Sanjay and Dhruv strengthens our vision for Laqshya StoryWorks as a powerful content ecosystem,” said Alok Jalan, Chairman & Managing Director, Laqshya Media Group. “With creative leadership backed by a strong monetisation strategy, we are positioned to deliver storytelling that is both impactful and business-effective for brands across platforms.”
A seasoned storyteller, editor, and producer with over 25 years of experience, Sanjay Nandan has led several acclaimed factual and scripted projects, including ABP Network’s award-winning documentary series Pradhanmantri (1 & 2), widely recognised for its innovative format and historical depth. A multiple Ramnath Goenka Award winner, he brings editorial depth, narrative expertise, and a strong grasp of emerging content formats.
“Good content builds meaningful connections,” said Nandan. “With Laqshya’s emphasis on creativity and innovation, we look forward to experimenting with new technologies like AI while staying true to the fundamentals of great storytelling. Our aim is to craft stories that inspire and engage audiences across platforms.”
Joining the commercial front, Dhruv Bhattacharya adds strong revenue leadership to the studio’s growth plans. With over two decades across ABP Network, Zee Telefilms, Amar Ujala, and Dainik Bhaskar, he has led large-scale branded content, custom media solutions, and event IP monetisation. At ABP Network, he headed Spotlight & Branded Content nationally, earning multiple awards as both Best Sales Person and Best Team Head.
“Brands today want stories that travel across mediums and deliver measurable outcomes,” said Bhattacharya. “Laqshya StoryWorks brings creativity, data, and monetisation into the process from day one. That’s the approach that will build scalable, business-led storytelling ecosystems.”
Both Sanjay and Dhruv will be reporting to Atul Shrivastava, Director & CEO, Laqshya Media Group.
“Content marketing and IP creation are fast becoming essential parts of the media mix,” said Shrivastava.“By bringing together domain leaders like Sanjay, Dhruv, and Ravi (the announcement for which was made last week), we are building a content powerhouse that combines creative thinking, monetisation strategy, and deep execution capability. This will significantly strengthen how we partner with clients—from ideation to long-term content assets.”
Working under this leadership trio, Laqshya StoryWorks will produce long-form series, short-form digital content, and experiential storytelling for brands and platforms. Backed by data and AI-led insights, the division aims to enhance brand campaigns, deepen engagement, and set new benchmarks for content innovation.
