A delegation from NBDA, led by its president Rajat Sharma met Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The delegation updated the prime minister on the health of news broadcast industry, its constraints, problems and the challenges being faced amidst digital revolution that was severely impacting and affecting the growth of the ‘News’ genre.
Minister for Information and Broadcasting Ashwani Vaishnaw was also present during the meeting.
