The story of Innovative Solutions didn’t begin with a big boardroom plan. It began with the simple desire to build something of my own. After spending years as a sales manager in a reputed firm, I knew I had the skills and the drive to establish my name in the market. That thought stayed with me until 2021, when we finally took the first step. Just like that, the journey of Innovative Solutions began.
When we studied the ongoing market closely, one thing was obvious: there was a huge space between good workmanship and genuinely high-quality products. That gap became our “why.”
Why can’t the quality be better? Why can’t we meet our clients’ expectations? Why can’t we be the best at what we do?
From day one, this mindset shaped the brand.
The biggest challenge in the early phase was trust. As a new company, getting clients to believe in us wasn’t easy. But good work speaks eventually. Our quality and consistency did the convincing. Honestly, the poor standards of our competitors helped too — they gave us the space to step in with something better.
Today, Innovative Solutions is known for two things: uncompromised quality and integrity. Our finish, our service, and our commitment to luxury make us stand out. No shortcuts, no false promises.
“All for luxury, luxury for all” is what we stand by.
Our audience includes architects, interior designers, turnkey contractors, and clients who want premium solutions. Many of them have stuck with us since the beginning, and their support has shaped our growth more than anything.
From executing a full G+3 office project at Rama High Street to corporate offices, premium bungalows, and luxury homes — every achievement reminds us how far we’ve come.
Being a female founder brings its own set of tough days and easy days, but dedication evens it out. I bring a second perspective, discipline, and a sense of structure to the company — something that strengthens how we work.
We’ve grown by constantly evolving, adding new trends, new products, and learning from both wins and losses. Not every experiment succeeds, but each one teaches something.
In the next few years, we aim for massive expansion — 10x growth, new product lines like system glass railings, and much more.
My advice to women building their own path?
Show up, even when plans fail.
Don’t wait for approval.
Learn to love what you do.
And remember — in business, sweet words don’t matter; results and money do.
