Speaking about the performance and recent updates, Mr. Shikhar Aggarwal, Chairman, BLS E-Services Ltd. said: “BLS E-Services reported a strong quarter performance during Q1FY27, as Total Income grew by 23.3% YoY in Q1FY27, backed by a strong growth across its core businesses and increasing scale of its assisted digital & citizen service offerings.

During the quarter, BLS E-Services strengthened its presence across banking, insurance, and government-led citizen services through several key mandates and partnerships. Starfin India, a subsidiary of BLS E-Services, secured a fresh mandate from Tamil Nadu Grama Bank to establish new Customer Service Points (CSPs) across Tamil Nadu. The Company also partnered with Coverfox Insurance Broking Pvt. Ltd. to offer a comprehensive range of health, life, motor, personal accident, and travel insurance products, enabling customers to digitally compare and purchase policies while accessing seamless policy issuance and claims support through its extensive service network.
Under the G2C, BLS secured a contract from the Government of West Bengal to undertake beneficiary verification and card approval activities under the Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri–Jan Arogya Yojana (AB PM-JAY) and the Ayushman Vay Vandana Scheme across the state.

o During the quarter, the Business Correspondent business achieved a Gross Transaction Value exceeding Rs. 29,500+ Crores, up from Rs. 26,200+ Crores in Q1FY26
o The Company’s asset-light and scalable operating model remained a key enabler of growth, supported by a wide and growing network of 1,58,600+ touchpoints including 46,800+ Channel Service Partners (CSPs) in Q1FY27 as compared to 1,44,000+ touchpoints and 45,000+ CSPs in Q1FY26
