The 2024 Met Gala took a surprising turn when fake pictures of Rihanna, Katy Perry, and Lady Gaga started popping up online. Even though these famous singers didn’t show up to the event, people used AI technology to make it look like they did.
Rihanna was expected to be there, but she got sick with the flu and had to stay home. However, someone used AI to create a picture of her wearing a stunning ivory and green dress with a big decoration on her shoulder.
Katy Perry was also a target for these fake pictures. People made pictures of her too. One showed her in a beautiful green and ivory dress, but the colors were all wrong, and the background didn’t match.
