INVICTA TO RELEASE KUSH MAINI WATCH
Invicta Watch Group is proud to announce the launch of the Kush Maini watch collaboration as part of the Invicta Racing collection. This new collection will feature a range of Invicta Racing watch products inspired and, in some cases, personally designed by Invicta Racing’s FIA Formula 2 Championship and Alpine Academy driver Kush Maini.
Following an extremely impressive start to the 2024 F2 season with Invicta Racing, in which Kush took a pole position and scored two podium finishes in the opening three rounds of the championship, this new collaboration further cements Invicta’s position in F2 and will sit alongside other Invicta collaborators such as Disney, Marvel, NFL, and fellow F2 driver Juan Manuel Correa.
Speaking of the new venture, Invicta CEO Eyal Lalo said “signing with Kush in a personal capacity is a strategic move to bolster Invicta’s presence in India’s burgeoning watch market. As a rising star in motorsports, Kush embodies the dynamism, precision, and ambition that aligns perfectly with Invicta’s brand values. His growing popularity and strong fan base in India provide an excellent platform to enhance brand visibility and connect with an aspirational demographic.
He added: “it has been a tremendous pleasure to get to know Kush over the past few months and he has had a great start to the year with the team. We already knew that he was an incredibly talented driver, and it is great that he has been able to showcase this with Invicta Racing this season, but what we have learnt in our first few months of working together is what a great person Kush is with a fantastic family, support team, and fanbase behind him. We are very excited to start this collaboration and provide fans of Kush, Invicta Racing, and Invicta some great new products. By associating with a prominent and relatable figure such as Kush, Invicta can successfully leverage his influence to drive engagement and foster a deeper connection with potential customers in this key emerging market.”
Invicta’s India subsidiary, Designer World Brands, a fourth-generation family-run business in the watch industry and part of the Nagpal Group since 1948, has already launched the collection across top retail channels, including in-store and online. Nischay Nagpal, Director of Designer World Brands, said “we are super excited to partner and distribute the Invicta watch brand in India. The collaboration with Kush will provide us with a great platform to connect the Invicta brand with watch collectors and customers in the Indian market.”
Of the partnership, Kush Maini said “I am delighted to start this collaboration with Invicta. I have seen many of their impressive watches since I began driving for the team and I am excited to get involved in designing new products. We’ll add some Indian touches to some designs as I am really keen to engage with my fans and supporters back home through sharing our involvement in Invicta products and brand.”
