HDFC AMC names Harish Narayanan as CMO and CDO
Harish Narayanan has recently joined HDFC AMC as its Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Digital Officer. He brings to the table more than 17 years of diverse experience across multiple sectors, where he has held significant senior leadership roles. Previously, Narayanan served as the Chief Growth Officer at Upstox, overseeing marketing, partnerships, and growth strategies. His tenure at Myntra saw him as the Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Monetisation & Partnerships, where he developed and implemented key marketing strategies.
Prior to these roles, Narayanan spent nearly 12 years at Google, working with their YouTube marketing team, and also gained valuable experience in brand management at Procter & Gamble in Singapore, where he was recognized with multiple awards for his contributions.
Educationally, Harish Narayanan holds an MBA from IIM Lucknow and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Mumbai University. His extensive background and innovative approach make him a valuable addition to the HDFC AMC team, where he will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s marketing and digital initiatives, aligning with their mission to empower wealth creation for every Indian.
