Hero MotoCorp Extends Partnership with FIH for 5 More Years
The International Hockey Federation is pleased to announce that it has entered into a long-term agreement with Hero MotoCorp for a period of five years.
Through this partnership for the growth of hockey, Hero MotoCorp shall become the Global Leadership Partner of FIH and confirm its strong, long-term commitment to global hockey, as it has been doing in the past 15 years.
The strategic partnership will take the sport to new peaks and increase growth for hockey around the world and inspire love for the game among the new generation from all corners of the world.
Pawan Munjal met Tayyab Ikram on the sidelines of the ongoing Paris Olympics to discuss this collaboration.
Reacting to the pact, Pawan Munjal, executive chairman, Hero MotoCorp said, “As the world gets ready for the Olympic Games, I am delighted to announce that we have extended our 11-year-long partnership with the International Hockey Federation for five more years. “Cooperation starts immediately and includes all events of the FIH in the next 5 years, among others, the FIH Hockey World Cup, the FIH Hockey Pro League, Indoor Hockey World Cup, FIH Hockey Junior World Cup, FIH Hockey5s World Cup, and the FIH Hockey Nations Cup.”.
