Headquartered in Mumbai, the company offers end-to-end VFX services across films, web series, TV series, documentaries, and commercials. Plus, some of the biggest clients it caters to are top film and content producers, including Bollywood Studios.
The company proposes to utilize the net proceeds from the IPO in renovating office situated at Andheri, setting up Color Grading Digital Intermediate and Sound Studio at the new branch office, setting up new branch office at Lucknow, purchase of computers and software, for meeting working capital requirements, and general corporate purposes.
This would put Identical Brains Studios in a better position, as a TPN-audited VFX studio to handle end-to-end VFX solutions up to US and European standards. The Company has approvals for projects with Disney Hotstar and Amazon.
