Bollywood actor Ayushmann Khurrana is an astute investor too and has just booked 400% returns on his angel investment in The Man Company. Premium men’s grooming brand, the household name is set to be acquired at a valuation of INR 400 crores by Emami Ltd.
Where Ayushmann Khurrana, however, took to business when he felt that the time for premium grooming products ‘for men by men’ was here, he invested smartly in The Man Company in 2018-the very reason for founding the company to transform the space in India.
It was also a big and important part that made this partnership between Ayushmann Khurrana and The Man Company perfect and very successful, played by Yash Raj Films along with its talent management arm, YRF Talent, that contributed much to the success of the brand.
Ayushmann was also the brand ambassador for The Man Company. He has been quite actively into giving shape to the brand and its growth.
