A distinguished professional with over two decades of experience in the technology sector, Sharma will lead FNP’s tech infrastructure, enable innovation, and offer rich global digital experiences for FNP’s vast and expansive customer base.
As CTO, Sharma will lead FNP’s technological roadmap by combining advanced systems and AI-driven solutions focused on personalizing the gifting experience, maximizing operational efficiency, and setting new standards in customer satisfaction. His appointment aligns with FNP’s long-term vision for transformation in the gifting landscape through cutting-edge technology to make every interaction with the brand seamless, memorable, and impactful.

Before FNP, he was leading engineering at Zupee, an online-gaming platform. An illustrious career also entailed stints as Senior Vice President of Engineering at Nykaa, where he built the technology team from a handful of employees to being a 300-strong, rock-solid force. At Nykaa, he scaled the platform exponentially and played a key part in its superlative growth trajectory up to IPO.
In addition, before he got into the role of CEO at Nykaa, Sharma had played pivotal positions in Info Edge and Microsoft, so he is strongly standing at a position of being highly recognized information technological innovation lead.
