Arvind has held various senior positions in ANZ Grindlays in Australia and India where he led some of the transformational projects and sharpened his expertise in consumer banking, operations, and technology. In Kotak Mahindra Bank, he was the President and also the Group Chief Risk Officer. He strongly contributes towards the building of resilient risk management systems for the bank and had guided them through critical growth phases.
As the fintech sector continues to push the boundaries towards merging finance with technology, management of systemic risk remains an important growth and stability pillar for the long term.
