Are we connecting with ourselves and with the others around us in such a world of constant noise, beeps of notifications and buzzing of screens? That, I must say, is the vital question Ananya Panday wants people to ask themselves – and maybe develop healthier habits in the virtual world – through her new podcast, So Positive, this go-around, designed to change one’s manner of looking at one’s mental health in this virtual age.
The So Positive Podcast trailer will come out on World Mental Health Day, 10th of October, and the first very episode will be live on 15th October. Tune in to six world-famous content creators who share personal experiences and practical tips on achieving digital well-being in candid and real conversations on mental health and social media.
Joining Ananya on the So Positive journey are voices from content creation: Prajakta Koli aka @MostlySane, Sumukhi Suresh, creators of @DesiCrime Podcast, Yashraj Mukhate, Ankush Bahuguna, and Nick as BeYouNick. Engagingly candid conversations and personal anecdotes from the creators about actionable strategies to maintain mental balance in today’s hyperconnected world.
Speaking on the importance of this project, Ananya Panday said, “In the digital age, our lives are so integrated with social media and even though it has so many positives, it comes along with its own set of challenges. Hopefully, through So Positive podcast, we could step back and have a reflection about our online habits and our mental well-being.”. This is a conversation we all need to have-doing with the ways in which we have been engaging online and doing with how we might create a more positive space for ourselves and for others.
