Korea Travel Fiesta 2024: A Celebration of Korean Culture in Delhi

The Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) India, an arm of South Korea’s Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism (MCST), announced the coming back of the Korea Festival 2024. Korea festival 2024, christened as Korea Travel Fiesta 2024 for this year, goes to promise an experience of vibrant Korean culture, entertainment, and business over three days from October 18 to 20, 2024.

It begins with the Korea Tourism Roadshow on 18th October at Yashobhoomi Convention Centre, Dwarka, which will take the form of a Travel Mart as part of B2B opportunities between Indian and Korean travel industries. Successive to that, on 19-20th October is the cultural showcase at DLF Avenue, Saket. As many sights as possible in a kaleidoscopic tapestry of Korean culture, cuisine, entertainment, and many more will unfold for the visitor’s eye.

The Korea Festival has increased visitors annually since its launch in 2017. Other than other factors, it might be attributed to the never-ending K-Wave. This Korea Travel Fiesta promises something in store for the Indian audience as they open windows into South Korea’s modern as well as traditional attractions.

Korea Tourism Roadshow 2024 (October 18)

The cultural events will be led by The Korea Tourism Roadshow 2024 through a B2B Travel Mart on October 18th between 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Yashobhoomi Convention Centre in Dwarka. Business-oriented events shall comprise Korean delegations including K-Beauty brands Jenny House and JUMP performance team, in addition to over 10 destination management companies, and airline partners like Korean Air and Air India. This therefore presents an opportunity to the Indian travel agents to interface and tap into what South Korea has with regard to offerings and services for tourism.

The festival formally opens with an inauguration on 19 October, between 1:30 to 2:30 PM, with celebrity ambassadors like Anand Kumar, who came into the limelight through Super 30 and actor Anushka Sen.
