Swiggy’s Rohit Kapoor and Rocky Singh Test 10-Minute Bolt Delivery

Bolt offers fresh, quick prep meals prepared to eat from restaurants within a 2 km radius directly to the consumer in 10 minutes.
Swiggy Food CEO Rohit Kapoor has recently shared his experience behind the scenes as a delivery partner to test out Bolt, an initiative by Swiggy, through which food could be received from nearby restaurants in 10 minutes. This time, he is accompanied by Rocky Singh, the renowned food enthusiast who has also become an ambassador for Swiggy known for his show Highway on My Plate.

Kapoor addresses the most common question consumers raise: how is it possible to deliver food quickly?
 Using GoPros, they captured the journey across Gurgaon-to deliver Bolt orders to customers and sneak in a quick conversation with other delivery partners over a snack and a cup of chai.
 In this undertaking, senior leaders from Swiggy accompanied Rohit and Rocky.

We saw the Swiggy rider app where profiles were especially created for the leaders to get and satisfy orders. After delivering, they shared experience together. Rocky noted that the delivery partner app does not show the partner that it is a Bolt order but just another regular order. He further said that with Bolt, the same amount of dedication, commitment, and care for every delivery that the delivery partners practice will be delivered but without them being penalized due to the delivery time.

On social media, Kapoor confessed how excited he was about the experience of spending an entire day exploring the streets to find firsthand whether the streets are abuzz with talk about 10-minute food delivery.
