These appointments have been made in line with the strategic plan aimed at further strengthening the company’s leadership team and augmenting its offerings. Sanjeev Agrawal will handle Business Strategy and Planning and Development of the Platform, while Reitu Shharma would head Concept Development and would also lead Research on religious texts, which gives assurance on the authenticity and quality of all the content on the platform. With rich experience of over 15 years in growing businesses across various industries such as Media, Telecom, Retail, and Financial products, Sanjeev brings along tremendous knowledge and expertise in business building and growth.
His past experience has equipped him with substantial skills in ad film making, media planning, data analysis, recruiting, training, and delegation strategies in business. Notably, he spent over seven years working at Amagi Media, where he handled revenue generation and corporate client relationship management for West India, focused on GEC, Movies, and News genres. He was instrumental in setting up and scaling the geo-targeting business for Zee TV and Zee Cinema in the region. Most recently, Sanjeev was an entrepreneur and founded ‘The Wise Monkey,’ a financial services company. Reitu Shharma has more than a decade of rich experience in developing content, research, story, screenplay, and dialogue writing.
Reitu’s impressive body of work includes prestigious projects like Sankatmochan Mahabali Hanuman, Veer Shalibhdra, Swaraj, Vighanharta Ganesh, Dharm Yoddha Garud, Yoshomati Maiyya Ke Nandlala, Baal Shiv, The Legend of Jagannath, and the feature film Sarabjit. With a deep understanding of India’s rich cultural and religious heritage and years of research on more than 200 temples, she is well placed for this critical role.
