McDonald’s India – North and East is all set to use the power of generative artificial intelligence to launch its new ‘Signature Collection’ of gourmet burgers.
The brand has launched the ‘Imagined in AI’ campaign by bringing to life gourmet burgers, combining user-provided inputs with AI-generated visuals. This provides an interactive experience for customers to engage with the brand, along with exciting offers.
Every customer of McDonald’s becomes a culinary expert, at least in their imagination, while designing a burger using an AI chatbot. Using the AI chatbot, users will be given the option of choosing from a wide array of ingredients-from classic favorites to unique, unusual exotic choices and creative combinations-to build a gourmet burger that can fulfill any gastronomical dream.
Through the initiative, McDonald’s will be letting customers not only engage but also involve them by inculcating their imagination in its upcoming collection much ahead of the official launch.
The Signature Collection of burgers will go available across select McDonald’s restaurants in North and East India from September 4, 2024, onward, and will be gradually available across the rest of the restaurants in the region.
