From candid conversations and expert perspectives to a dedicated menopause care range, the women’s wellness brand is challenging the stigma surrounding a life stage too often experienced in silence.
For too long, menopause has been a conversation deferred — its symptoms dismissed, its realities under-discussed and its experiences quietly negotiated behind closed doors. Now, Sirona wants to change the narrative. With Unpause Menopause, the Indian women’s wellness brand is bringing a long-overlooked chapter of women’s health into the spotlight, making the case for more honest conversations, better awareness and care that meets women where they are.
Launched around World Menopause Day, observed on October 18, the campaign centres on a simple thought: “Cut the noise. Start the conversation.” Through a brand film, conversations with influential voices, expert discussions and a dedicated menopause care range, Sirona is challenging the stigma and ageism that can make this transition difficult to discuss openly.
The campaign arrives at a time when conversations around menstruation and reproductive health are becoming more visible, yet menopause remains comparatively underrepresented in mainstream discourse. Its symptoms can extend well beyond the familiar associations of hot flashes and night sweats, with some women also experiencing joint aches, dizziness, dry eyes, changes in body odour, heart palpitations and other less widely recognised concerns.
By bringing these experiences into the open, Unpause Menopause seeks to help women recognise that their questions deserve attention and that seeking information and support should never be a source of embarrassment.
The Conversations We Still Need to Have
The campaign builds on Sirona’s history of addressing subjects often treated as uncomfortable or taboo. Its previous WTF (What the Flow) campaign featured voices including Anshula Kapoor, Suchitra Krishnamoorthi, Kiran Rao and Tisca Chopra, helping bring conversations around menstrual health into the public sphere.
With Unpause Menopause, the brand turns its attention to another significant stage of women’s health — one that can affect physical comfort, emotional wellbeing and everyday life, yet is often discussed only after symptoms become difficult to ignore.
Beginning October 18, Sirona brought together influential voices to share their experiences and perspectives on menopause. On October 21, the brand released its campaign film alongside a series of expert conversations featuring doctors, specialists and women who have experienced the transition.
The approach combines lived experience with professional perspectives, creating space for questions that women may not always feel comfortable raising elsewhere. Rather than presenting menopause as a single, universal experience, the campaign seeks to acknowledge its varied realities and encourage more informed discussions.
For Deep Bajaj, Re-founder and CEO of Sirona, the motivation comes from the response to earlier conversations around women’s health.
“With WTF, we saw what happens when you simply give a difficult conversation the space it deserves, women responded because they finally felt seen. Menopause deserves the same,” he says.
He adds that women can navigate this stage without adequate information or even realise that certain symptoms may be associated with menopause. For the brand, the starting point is straightforward: making it easier to talk about women’s health is an important step towards helping women seek the information and support they need.
Beyond Awareness: Building a Menopause Care Routine
The campaign also brings attention to Sirona’s dedicated menopause care range, introduced in early 2026. The collection includes products designed around some of the common concerns associated with the transition, extending the brand’s focus from awareness to practical care options.
The range includes a Menopause Test Kit, an at-home follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) urine test that provides results in approximately 10 minutes. The brand also offers a Cooling Mist for Hot Flash Relief, formulated with peppermint, aloe vera and cucumber; a Skin Balancing Cream featuring hyaluronic acid, ceramides and soy isoflavones; and a Menopause Intimate Cream designed to address intimate dryness and irritation.
Each product addresses a different aspect of menopause-related care, from skin hydration to intimate comfort and managing the sensation of heat associated with hot flashes.
The products are positioned as accessible additions to personal care routines. However, menopause can involve a range of symptoms with different underlying causes, and individual products are not a substitute for professional medical advice. An at-home FSH test alone cannot reliably establish whether someone has reached menopause in every circumstance, making clinical guidance important when interpreting results or addressing persistent symptoms.
Together, the campaign and the care range reflect Sirona’s broader approach: pairing conversations about women’s health with solutions designed around specific needs.
Rewriting the Narrative Around Ageing
At its heart, Unpause Menopause is about more than a single campaign or product category. It challenges the idea that women should navigate a major life transition quietly, without the language, information or support to make sense of their experiences.
By addressing menopause through personal stories, expert conversations and targeted care, Sirona is seeking to bring the subject into everyday dialogue — at home, in healthcare settings and across public conversations about women’s wellbeing.
The campaign’s message is particularly relevant in a culture where ageism and discomfort around ageing can make it harder for women to speak candidly about changes in their bodies. Normalising the conversation does not mean minimising the challenges; it means creating the conditions in which those challenges can be acknowledged and addressed.
As Sirona continues to expand its focus across different stages of women’s health, Unpause Menopause marks another chapter in its effort to make overlooked subjects more visible.
Because menopause should not be a conversation women have to whisper about. It deserves the same openness, understanding and attention as every other aspect of their health.
