Today, India stands as a pivotal player in the world, a beacon of hope for renewed global cooperation. I am confident that our country is poised to restore normalcy through collaborative efforts, paving the way for a brighter future on the global stage.”
While addressing the industry leaders, Daniela Mariana Sezonov Tane said, “We firmly believe that a robust rules-based trade system is essential for fostering fair competition, enhancing economic cooperation, and ensuring sustainable growth. It is crucial that we work together to establish clear guidelines that benefit not only our nations but also the global community. By reinforcing our commitment to these principles, we can pave the way for a more prosperous and equitable future for all.”
Mrs. Meenakshi Lekhi said, “ In considering India’s role in today’s world and our partnership with the EU, we see clear evidence of an upswing in trade and economic cohesion compared to the past. Europe’s perception of India is evolving, which is essential for our mutual growth. India remains focused on facilitating business rather than engaging directly in it; our government’s role is to remove barriers and support entrepreneurs. In this era of polycrisis—where challenges abound—India stands as an island of peace, rooted in spiritual connection and universal consciousness. This positive outlook is the fundamental foundation of our nation.”
