Aspect Global is pleased to announce the joining of Mr. Abhijeet Powdwal as Group Chief Strategy Officer (GCSO). His appointment marks an important step in the Group’s continued journey of rapid growth and diversification across multiple business verticals and reinforces its focus on building a strong, future-ready leadership team to support its long-term business aspirations.
As Group Chief Strategy Officer, Mr. Powdwal will be responsible for shaping and driving Aspect Global’s strategic priorities in alignment with the Group’s long-term vision. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, he will focus on identifying new growth opportunities, enabling cross-functional collaboration, driving strategic initiatives, encouraging innovation and supporting the Group’s business transformation agenda. His role will also encompass exploring new-age opportunities and business models that can contribute to sustainable growth and long-term value creation across the Group.
Mr. Powdwal brings with him over 28 years of experience across Strategy Development, Marketing, Business Modelling and New-Age Opportunities, with a career spanning diverse business environments and functions. His extensive hands-on experience includes Sales, Marketing, P&L Management, IT, and Consulting. Over the course of his career, he has worked with leading organisations including IndiaFirst Life, ICICI Bank, 3i Infotech and JWT, in addition to building an entrepreneurial journey in consulting.
His multidisciplinary experience across business, technology, marketing and consulting gives him a broad perspective on identifying opportunities and building scalable business models.
