Four Points by Sheraton Pune invites guests to embark on a culinary journey to the
coastal town of Devgarh with “Gharghuti Jevan”, a specially curated food festival celebrating the rich heritage of
Maharashtrian home-style cuisine. Hosted at the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant, the festival will be available
for lunch from 9th to 14th September 2026, offering guests an authentic vegetarian thali experience inspired by
traditional recipes passed down through generations.
Rooted in the warmth of home kitchens and the culinary traditions of the Konkan region, Gharghuti Jevan
showcases a thoughtfully crafted menu featuring wholesome preparations, regional specialties, comforting
curries, seasonal vegetables, traditional accompaniments, and classic desserts that embody the essence of
authentic Maharashtrian hospitality.
Prepared by Chef Shalvina, the festival aims to bring the true flavors of Devgarh to Pune, highlighting indigenous
ingredients and time-honored cooking techniques that have shaped the region’s distinctive culinary identity.
Speaking about the festival, Chef Shalvina said, “Gharghuti Jevan is a tribute to the simple yet soulful food of
Maharashtra. Every dish on the menu has been carefully curated to recreate the flavors and memories of a
traditional Maharashtrian home, allowing guests to experience the authenticity and warmth of Devgarh’s
