As the year draws to its brightest close, India glows with celebration. Diyas flicker along doorways, rangolis bloom across thresholds, and festive delicacies make their way to tables in every corner of the country. This Deepavali, Feast at Sheraton Grand Pune Bund Garden Hotel gathers these traditions under one roof with Festival of Flavours, a grand lunch celebrating the many tastes of an Indian Diwali.

The thoughtfully curated menu features Shahi Badam Shorba, a creamy almond soup with saffron and crisp lotus seeds, followed by Murgh Zafrani Roulade stuffed with spinach and cheese in a saffron makhani sauce. The Stuffed Kamal Kakdi Pinwheels bring crisp lotus stem filled with spiced paneer and nuts, served with a saffron yoghurt dip, while Subz Kofta-e-Nawabi offers vegetable dumplings in a creamy royal gravy. For dessert, Saffron and Pistachio Tres Leches shares the spotlight with Malpua and Rabri, alongside Anjeer Dry Fruit Roll. Live chaat, kebab and street-food counters add to the spread, accompanied by seasonal festive beverages and signature mocktails.

Bathed in the warm glow of festive lights, with fresh marigolds adorning the space and intricate rangolis welcoming diners at the entrance, Feast sets the scene for a Diwali celebration where India’s culinary traditions take centre stage. Join us for a festive lunch that brings the flavours of Deepavali to life.
