Celebrity Chef Vicky Ratnani today unveiled his signature cutlery collection, developed in collaboration with FNS International Ltd., at the 19th edition of HGH India. The launch marks the latest chapter in a partnership first introduced at HGH India 2025, where Vicky, FNS, and SWAG, India’s celebrity brand licensing platform, unveiled a premium serveware collection. This year’s cutlery range expands that collaboration into a new category, translating culinary expertise into a commercially scalable consumer product that blends functionality, craftsmanship, and design innovation. The collection reimagines cutlery as an integral part of the dining experience rather than a purely functional accessory. At the centre of the range is WALES, a standout design created through a specialised heat reaction process that bonds patterns and colour into the steel surface itself, delivering a durable finish that resists fading and a visual identity built to last. "HGH India has become much more than a trade show. It is India’s most influential platform for the home and houseware industry, where innovation meets opportunity," said Vishal Sinha, CEO, SWAG. "Our collaboration with HGH India has been strategic because it provides an ecosystem where innovation, partnerships and design thinking come together to build scalable consumer businesses, not just launch products." "The collaboration between Celebrity Chef Vicky Ratnani and FNS is a perfect example of this. Through HGH India, we were able to combine culinary expertise with design innovation and manufacturing excellence to create a premium cutlery collection that is authentic, differentiated and rooted in Vicky’s philosophy of elevating the dining experience. This is exactly how celebrity collaborations should create long-term value for consumers, brands and the category alike," he added. “I have always believed that food is only part of the experience. What surrounds the table, what you hold in your hand, and how the meal is presented all shape the moment. This collection with FNS lets me bring that philosophy into a product that is functional, beautiful, and made for everyday dining with a premium edge,” said Celebrity Chef Vicky Ratnani. "HGH India has always been a platform where the industry comes together to see what's next. Launches like this reflect the kind of innovation, partnerships, and category-building that define the spirit of the show," said Arun Roongta, Managing Director, Texzone Information Services Pvt. Ltd., organisers of HGH India. “With this collection, we wanted to create cutlery that feels premium in the hand and distinctive on the table. Vicky’s vision brought a strong point of view to the range, and our role was to translate that into a product that combines craftsmanship, durability, and design-led appeal,” said Adish Jain, Managing Director, FNS International Ltd. Vicky Ratnani’s entry into cutlery extends his broader culinary vision into a category with long-term consumer relevance. The collection is positioned for premium homes and design-conscious buyers who see dining products as part of lifestyle expression, not just utility. FNS brings the manufacturing backbone, while the design language gives the range a distinct market identity. The launch at HGH India reinforces the platform’s role in bringing together product ideas, partnerships, and category innovation that shape the future of India’s home and lifestyle market.
