Bodhitree Multimedia is thrilled to announce the launch of its latest drama series, Beintehaan Chahatein, which will be aired on Zee TV from 27th January. This drama series explores the complexities of relationships, ambition, and love, and presents a narrative that explores the delicate balance between personal desires and family values.
The series traces Mugdha as a woman stuck between the promise of her great, fat checkbook lifestyle at the one side and the rather sorry reality of an unambitious middle class middle-of-nowheresville living with her truth-loving husband, Siddharth and their child Vansh on the other hand. Her simple life turns full of complexity in tension, conflict, and suspense when the son of the supremely rich Mr. Goenka, who her husband, Siddharth serves, happens to be her equally fragile heart-breaker daughter. As the stakes grow emotionally charged, Beintehaan Chahatein takes the viewers on an intriguing journey of self-discovery, greed, consumerism, and the ultimate test of what the marital bond can serve or not. Can two women use the agency of love to decide the emotional journey of a man?
Sukesh Motwani, Co-founder, Chief Creative Officer & Director of Bodhitree Multimedia and Producer, Beintehaan Chahatein said, “With Beintehaan Chahatein, we are presenting a story that explores the intricate layers of love, morality and unabashed ambition, where every character is faced with difficult moral choices that could change their lives forever.”. The pull between dreams and reality coupled with unexpected shocking twists, makes it a deeply thought-provoking experience for the audience. I believe that the series will make viewers think about their desires and also make conversations about the price of ambition and sacrifices for love.
Chief Channel Officer, Zee TV, Mangesh Kulkarni said, “As audience preferences evolve, so must our storytelling.”. This mini-series format is part of our effort to address the increasing demand for engaging yet snackable content that spans across diverse genres, bringing stories to Indian television touching upon a spectrum of subjects not explored on Hindi general entertainment channels so far. Each of these mini-series offers a unique mix of relevance, relatability, and excitement with a promise of finite story telling.
Beintehaan Chahatein is a perfect blend of drama, tension, and emotional depth, which draws viewers into the show from the very first episode. The characters are constantly torn between their dreams and their relationships, creating a compelling and relatable story that keeps you hooked, making you question just how far one will go for love.
