Okay, hear me out. I was casually scrolling through Met Gala content, judging looks like it’s my full-time job, and suddenly I saw it. Shah Rukh Khan in all-black, looking like a mafia boss who took a wrong turn and ended up at fashion’s most elite event. And then BAM Priyanka Chopra, our OG Junglee Billi, showing up in a black-and-white polka-dotted gown that had old-school glam written all over it.

Because if you’ve been online for more than five minutes, you know that one photo. The one from the Don days. SRK and Priyanka, side by side, sunglasses on, serving power-couple energy before we even had a name for it. The moment I saw their Met Gala photos? That iconic throwback flashed in my head. And I wasn’t alone the internet clocked it instantly.

And honestly? I kind of agree. They didn’t walk together. They didn’t pose together. But somehow, the vibe? Immaculate. It’s like they hit “copy-paste” on that Don look from years ago and gave it a Met Gala remix. Not intentionally maybe but come on, it’s too good to ignore.

Naturally, with SRK and Priyanka’s very public history, the timeline exploded. Conspiracy theories? Oh, they were flying. People were decoding their outfits like it was a mystery thriller. Others were just thrilled to see both stars, on the same global platform, setting it on fire without even sharing a frame.

And look no one’s saying this was a grand plan. Maybe it really was a wild, fashionable coincidence. But the visual parallel? Chef’s kiss. One accidental moment, and the entire internet was transported back to the Don era, clutching its pearls and whispering “what if…”

So, no we didn’t get an official Don reunion. No photos together, no red carpet PDA, no cryptic joint interviews. But somehow, just by showing up, they reminded everyone of the cinematic chaos they once stirred and still can.
