After more than 15 years in public relations, including founding Whiz Consulting and leading the PR Division for Laqshya Media Group, Manoj Barman is embarking on a new chapter. Manoj  announced the launch of Elevate One Media, a Premium PR & Executive Branding Consultancy focused on  CXO profiling, high-impact media placements, and strategic reputation management for leaders,  corporates, and premium brands at both national and international levels. This new venture builds upon the  foundation of Whiz Consulting, established in 2009, and Manoj’s recent three-and-a-half-year tenure  spearheading Laqshya Media Group’s PR vertical.

Manoj has designed Elevate One Media to be the definitive partner for executive branding, strategic  storytelling, and impactful media engagement, specifically tailored to CXO Profiling and strategic reputation  management for corporates and brands. By crafting authentic leadership narratives that resonate across  LinkedIn and securing coverage in premier trade and mainstream outlets, the agency bridges the gap  between corporate vision and media influence. In addition to shaping thought leadership through written  content, Elevate One Media will produce podcast series in association with media, manage awards  strategies, and arrange speaking engagements that position clients as go-to voices in their sectors.  Operating from Delhi/NCR, EOM will serve both national and international clients, delivering strategic  communications with a global outlook.

Underpinning every initiative is the conviction that reputation is the ultimate return on investment. Manoj  explains, “In today’s dynamic media ecosystem, it’s not enough for CXOs and brands to simply exist — they  must be positioned as premium voices in their industries. At Elevate One Media, we focus on precision-driven  CXO profiling and strategic reputation management to ensure our clients are seen, respected, and sought  after by the right audiences. We listen deeply, then craft positioning and campaigns that spark meaningful  conversations where it matters most.” This client-first philosophy also drives the firm’s approach to crisis  communications and capital-markets messaging, ensuring swift, transparent responses when stakes are  highest.

Elevate One Media represents the distillation of Manoj’s learnings from Whiz Consulting and Laqshya PR into  a nimble, premium PR agency. “Our mission is to position visionary leaders where they belong — in the  spotlight — so the right media not only notice, but actively endorse their expertise. This is just the start, and  I’m looking forward to collaborating with visionary leaders, brands, and associates who want to make a  lasting impact.” Manoj concludes.

Elevate One Media is built on the principles of integrity, agility, and curiosity, offering a streamlined and  bespoke approach to help clients make a lasting impact.
