Ex-MullenLowe Lintas Group vice president Shweta Sampat has founded her own HR consultancy, called Tribe For Talent. Mumbai-based people consultancy will focus on a human-centric approach with a view to stirring up the status quo.

“Tribe For Talent offers a refreshing approach to people management, brings out the human aspect of human resources,” says Shweta Sampat.

The corporate landscape has seen multiple landslides in post-pandemic times regarding how people respond to changes and readapt to working ways. The intent is to build the bridge between old ways and new ways-strike a fine balance, enabling people to bring in the best version of themselves at work every single day,” Sampat said.

Shweta is an Enneagram advanced practitioner, a behavioral science tool that addresses this paradox. One of the many ways she helps people of all ages and professions is in their quest to optimize energy and creativity. Extended DISC is another renowned tool she uses to shed light on recognizing working and leadership styles.

Tribe For Talent draws on rich years of experience and commitment that Shweta has to the connect in the workplace. The company maintains a wide-ranging portfolio of services offered, from talent acquisition and policy development that moves at par with DEI policies globally to customized learning for different generations. Among these services, it has the creation of candidate experience which meets the existing empathy gap.

The founder’s expertise has been employee engagement, through the curation of Culture Calendar service over the last 5 years. This combined with her skill in designing learning initiatives and formulating employer branding through robust internal communication strategies rounded off the offering at crucial junctures of the employee life cycle. OfficeGram on the service stack is a very different service from traditional HR. The People Pulse offering enables the deep dive into employee sentiment and candidly informs the organization about what need of the hour really is.
