The facility produces 24,000+ Chapatis and 5,000 kg of Idli-Dosa Batter daily, and is designed for scalability to accommodate future products including snacks, sweets, ready-to-eat items, and regional specialties such as Holige/Puran Poli. The plant’s operations comply with GMP, FSSAI, and ISO standards, with strict traceability and rapid-response protocols, while also generating local employment and skill-building opportunities.
Over the next 2–3 years, Satchmo Foods plans to strengthen its B2B leadership, expand presence across multiple metros, and enter the B2C packaged foods market, building a trusted portfolio for Indian households.
