• AI Twins is enabling brands make decisions on audience strategy more efficiently than ever before
• Recognition by MRSI validates a new era of consumer intelligence

Leading consumer intelligence platform consumr.ai’s proprietary tool, AI Twins, has delivered 80–90% faster insights and 20–40% more accurate targeting, helping leading brands across categories like financial services industry, and nutrition and wellness sectors     make faster consumer-informed decisions across media, creative and growth strategy more efficiently than ever before.

Riding on the success of AI Twins, consumr.ai was recently adjudged as the Best Startup of the Year at MRSI Awards marking a milestone moment for the company and signalling that AI-driven consumer intelligence is moving from promise to real-world impact.

Founded by Vivek Bhargava, Gautam Mehra, and Aman Khanna, consumr.ai’s award submissions showcased multiple real-world applications of AI Twins. The company demonstrated how it helped a luxury real-estate developer identify high-intent NRI buyers. By analysing 2,900+ NRI leads and expanding them into 117,000 AI-generated lookalike prospects, the platform helped double high-quality leads from 5.58% to 10%.

consumr.ai also showcased how it partnered with Aditya Birla Capital to improve targeting for women’s insurance. By analysing behavioural signals from over 400,000 women, the platform reduced research timelines from six months to 30 minutes, delivered a 220% increase in qualified leads, and lowered cost per lead by 75%.

“The recognition validates a fundamental shift that is happening in the consumer research industry. Traditional research tells you what consumers say. Behavioral AI tells you what they are likely to do. With AI Twins, brands can move from retrospective insights to predictive intelligence. Our success is testament to the fact that the industry is finally recognising that AI-powered consumer modelling is no longer experimental, it is becoming a core decision engine for modern brands,” said Vivek Bhargava, co-founder of consumr.ai.

Beyond campaign optimisation, consumr.ai’s AI Twins are also helping brands uncover new market opportunities. For example, the platform worked with a nutrition and wellness brand      to identify a previously under-recognised audience interested in metabolic wellness rather than diabetes management. This insight helped expand the brand’s potential addressable market by up to five times.

At the centre of consumr.ai’s innovation is AI Twins, the platform’s flagship technology that creates digital replicas of ideal customers using behavioural, psychographic, demographic, and contextual signals. Unlike traditional research methods that depend on surveys and panels, AI Twins allows brands to ask unlimited questions, test messaging, and simulate consumer behaviour in real time, enabling significantly faster and more reliable insights.

consumr.ai’s growth has been achieved with a lean 22-member team and without institutional funding, while serving brands across the United States, India, Japan, and the Middle East. The founders say the company’s ambition is to build a new category of consumer intelligence, replacing slow, survey-led research models with behavioural AI systems capable of generating real-time insights at scale.
