India’s food culture goes far beyond its familiar restaurant favourites, with every region bringing its own ingredients, cooking techniques and distinctive flavour combinations. Exploring this diversity, Amicii in Indiranagar, Bengaluru, introduces Flavours of India November Edition 2026, a new menu drawing inspiration from regional kitchens across the country.
The menu takes an interesting route through India’s culinary landscape, bringing together preparations such as Gongura Mutton Chops with their tangy Andhra-style masala, Posto Fish Fry featuring Bengali poppy seed flavours, and Jackfruit Galouti Kebab inspired by Awadhi cuisine. Pork cooked with bamboo shoots and Kolhapuri Chicken add further regional character to the appetiser selection.
The journey continues with Mangaluru Fish Curry paired with Sannas, Bengali style Chicken Kosha with Luchi, and Gujarati Kadhi with Rice. Rounding off the menu is Puran Poli, a traditional jaggery and lentil stuffed flatbread served with ghee.
With its November, Amicii turns the spotlight towards the ingredients, flavours and food traditions that make India’s regional cuisines so distinctive, offering diners a chance to explore a little more of the country’s culinary landscape without leaving the city.
