With Indriya, BlueStone, Giva, CaratLane, Blue Tokai and more brands now operational, Group 108’s mixed-use development begins its journey as a new shopping, dining and lifestyle destination.

Retail destinations today are expected to offer more than a place to shop. They are becoming spaces to meet, dine, discover new brands and spend time beyond the everyday routine. In Greater Noida West, Grandthum by Group 108 is stepping into this evolving landscape with the grand opening of its retail experience on October 12, 2026.

The mixed-use development officially welcomed the public, marking a significant milestone in its journey towards establishing itself as a retail, commercial and lifestyle destination for Greater Noida West and neighbouring areas of Noida.

A New Retail Line-Up Takes Shape

The opening brings together a growing portfolio of jewellery, fashion and lifestyle brands, alongside food and beverage offerings. Indriya, BlueStone, Giva, CaratLane, Limelight, Palmonas, Aukera and Blue Tokai are among the brands that have commenced operations at Grandthum.

Their arrival signals the beginning of the destination’s retail journey, with more brands expected to join its expanding mix of shopping, dining and lifestyle experiences.

From jewellery shopping and contemporary accessories to a coffee stop between errands or a casual outing with friends, the growing brand mix aims to make Grandthum relevant to different moods, occasions and everyday routines.

Beyond Shopping: The Rise of Mixed-Use Destinations

The appeal of contemporary commercial developments increasingly lies in the experiences they bring together. Grandthum combines high-street retail with food and beverage offerings, entertainment, office spaces and open areas, creating a setting intended to accommodate families, working professionals and residents from the surrounding catchment.

The idea is to bring multiple aspects of urban life into one destination, where shopping can sit alongside dining, socialising and leisure. For a growing residential market such as Greater Noida West, this integrated approach also reflects the evolving expectations of consumers seeking accessible lifestyle experiences closer to home.

Commenting on the opening, Sanchit Bhutani, Managing Director, Group 108, said, “The grand opening of Grandthum’s Retail Experience marks an important milestone in our vision of creating a destination that goes beyond conventional retail. With established brands such as Indriya, BlueStone, Blue Tokai, CaratLane, Palmonas and others opening their doors, we are taking a significant step towards bringing this vision to life. We look forward to welcoming visitors and building a vibrant commercial destination that brings together shopping, dining, leisure and workplace experiences.”

For Group 108, the development is also part of a broader ambition to create commercial spaces that respond to how businesses and consumers interact with their surroundings.

Dr. Amish Bhutani, Managing Director, Group 108, highlighted the region’s changing landscape, saying, “Greater Noida West is witnessing steady growth in its residential and commercial landscape, creating demand for destinations that cater to the evolving needs of its communities. Grandthum has been conceptualised to bring together reputed brands, contemporary commercial infrastructure and engaging lifestyle experiences. Its grand opening of Retail Experience marks the beginning of an exciting journey as we work towards establishing it as a preferred destination for shopping, dining, socialising and spending quality time. We remain committed to creating long-term value for businesses, visitors and the surrounding community.”

Building a Destination for a Growing Neighbourhood

As Greater Noida West continues to develop as part of the National Capital Region, destinations that combine retail, leisure and commercial infrastructure are positioning themselves to serve an increasingly diverse urban population.

Grandthum’s opening marks the first step in building out that proposition, with the initial brand line-up establishing its retail foundation and further additions expected to expand the experience.

For visitors, the promise lies in having shopping, coffee, dining and leisure come together under one roof. For businesses, the development represents an opportunity to engage with a growing residential catchment.

As more brands and businesses become operational, Grandthum will look to translate its mixed-use vision into a destination that is part of the region’s everyday rhythm.
