Ketchum Appoints Tamara Norman as CEO of US Region
Global communications consultancy Ketchum announced today that Tamara Norman has been named Chief Executive Officer of its US region. A three-decade veteran at Ketchum, Norman will spearhead the region’s strategy, innovation, client experience, growth and financial results in her new role. She brings to this position an unwavering grasp of the agency while casting a long, objective eye out on the horizon to what’s possible in years to come. Norman will report directly into Ketchum Global President and Chief Executive Officer Mike Doyle.

Norman joined Ketchum in 1995 and quickly earned a reputation as a client-first leader with strategic acumen and proven successes leading and inspiring teams. She will bring several decades of depth in her understanding of the agency and combine that with a precise, considered view of what’s possible in the years to come.
She has driven many of the largest and most complex global client engagements at the agency during her tenure and built the strong consultancy the agency has today in corporate communications. Most recently, Norman served as Chief Corporate Affairs and Reputation Officer, leading Ketchum’s capabilities in the areas of executive communications, issues and crisis, financial communications, purpose, media relations, and DE&I. Since 2020, she has led the creation and growth of its award-winning employee engagement practice to help clients navigate ever-changing workplace dynamics.
