 Continuing its institutional transition towards next-generation leadership, ALLEN Career Institute today announced the appointment of Mr. Aman Maheshwari to its Board of Directors. With this appointment, ALLEN completes the handover of Board responsibilities from all four Founders to the next generation, a milestone that reflects the institution’s long-term vision of building a future-ready organisation that endures for the next 100 years.

Mr. Aman Maheshwari joins fellow next-generation Directors Mr. Aviral Maheshwari, Mr. Anand Maheshwari and Mr. Keshav Maheshwari on the Board, bringing with him his experience of leading ALLEN’s Global Studies Division and a distinctly international outlook shaped by his education and professional exposure across India, the UAE, the United Kingdom and Europe. His appointment marks the completion of a carefully planned generational transition, combining the founding values of ALLEN, the experience of its professional leadership, and the energy of its next-generation Directors.

Welcoming his elder son Aman Maheshwari to the Board as Executive Director, ALLEN Founder Dr. Brajesh Maheshwari said, “It gives me immense joy to see elder Son Mr. Aman Maheshwari take on this important responsibility. With this appointment, ALLEN’s reconstituted Board of Directors comprises Mr. Uday Shankar as Chairman, along with Mr. Aviral Maheshwari, Mr. Aman Maheshwari, Mr. Anand Maheshwari, Mr. Keshav Maheshwari and Mr. Prateek Garg.

About Mr. Aman Maheshwari

Mr. Aman Maheshwari serves as the Head of ALLEN’s Global Studies Division. Since joining ALLEN in January 2020, he has led initiatives focused on international undergraduate education, helping students pursue opportunities at globally ranked universities, including institutions such as Harvard, MIT, Oxford and other QS Top-200 universities. His work encompasses international admissions strategy, student counselling, standardized test preparation, profile building, and developing pathways for Indian students seeking higher education overseas.

As a second-generation business leader, his education and professional experience across multiple countries have shaped a distinctly global outlook toward education, entrepreneurship and youth development. Aman is an MBA alumnus of the University of East London, UK, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from BITS Pilani, Dubai Campus. He completed his schooling at DAV Public School, Kota, Rajasthan.

Beyond education and business, cricket has been an important part of Aman’s international journey. He has represented Croatia in international T20 cricket, including World Cup qualifying competitions in Finland in 2022 and Germany in 2024, and has been actively involved in Croatian domestic cricket across Croatia and neighbouring European countries
